Inner & outer journey of central character
(September 04, 2019)Both readers of scripts and writers should be aware of the work of US script guru, Michael Hauge, who advises that in any good play we should see the inner and outer journey of the central character. He asserts that inside all of us there is an "essence", a person that we'd like to be and we often put up with a life of second best until a situation arises that makes us face the decision of making a stand, of changing to our "essence."
