Fred Webb's new full-length romantic comedy "Saffron Lady" has sold as far away as Brisbane, Australia.
One of the residents of Emu Vale near Brisbane read the first half of "Saffron Lady" and was so impressed that they decided to buy the full script.
The author hails from Haverhill, UK and there are plans for the play to be advertised in a twinning event with another Haverhill in the US.
